Tassine Sultan from Customs and Central Excise Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and posted as Assistant Director, Financial Intelligence Unit, New Delhi receiving Presidential Award for his specially distinguished record of service on the eve of Republic Day at New Delhi from Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Sultan belongs to Kashmir and is also a well known golfer.
