JAMMU, Sept 2: DIG Jammu-Kathua-Samba (JKS) range Atul Goel has asked the officers to take all measures to prevent crimes.
He stated this while interacting with officers and jawans at Police Station Miran Sahib.
DIG also visited JKAP 8th Battalion at Miran Sahib. During his visit, DIG reviewed deployment of officers and jawans. He also reviewed welfare measures taken in favour of officers and jawans. He also visited Battalion’s Headquarter complex and interacted with officers and jawans.
DIG was accompanied by SSP Commandant JKAP 8th Battalion Tahir Bhat, Deputy Commandant Ravail Chaudhary, DySPs Tejinder Singh, Ritesh Sambyal, Sahil Sharma and Javed Naz.
Later, DIG Atul Goel visited Police Station Miran Sahib and reviewed law and order situation. He also reviewed crime scenario and deployment of officers and jawans.
He was accompanied by SP Headquarters Ramnish Gupta, SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan and SHO Miran Sahib Inspector Sultan Mirza.
DIG directed all officers to listen to the problems of general public and take action under law. He also asked the officers to take all measures to prevent crimes in their area of jurisdiction.
