JAMMU, July 22: Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission Charitable Hospital, (SVMMCH) Amphalla, Jammu has been working to provide total health care for the last about 40 years, especially to the poor, down trodden and the weaker sections of the society.
The up-gradation and modernization of hospital and its facilities in every field had been attracting elite, middle and upper middle class in great numbers.
The hospital runs on charitable basis at highly subsidized rates which are less than the half of the market rates.
Very poor and deserving patients are provided all these facilities free of costs.
Inmates of Vridh Ashram, Ved Mandir, Bal Niketan, Kushth Ashram, Andh Vidhalya and many other are provided free of costs services.
The finances are raised by public donations and nominal charges of services.
