JAMMU, May 8: Swami Vivekananada Memorial (SVM) Hospital today conducted a free dental checkup camp in J&K Samaj Kalayan Kendra (Deaf & Dumb School), Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu.
About 125 children from 1st to 12th class took benefit of the camp. A team of dental doctors headed by Dr Rohin Gupta (BDS) and his team members, Dr Vanshika Gandotra, Dr Ashima Singh, Dr Ashiq Hussain and Dr Palak, examined the teeth of the children and gave them requisite medicines and advice. The team of doctors also educated these special children regarding the basic brushing technique.
The camp was supervised by Bankaebihari Lal and Amar Chand Ji (members of the management committee of the school).
