JAMMU, June 16: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K Executive Member, Raman Suri today asked UT Government to gear up its administration in issuing Domicile certificates because soon these certificates will be required by everyone, including students who are seeking admissions in various institutions or have to fill up forms for recruitment.
Raman Suri said that in wake of COVID-19 Pandemic, most of the staff is working round the clock on different jobs like receiving travellers, lodging them, getting them tested and also managing other administrative affairs linked to COVID-19 crisis. However, officials especially designated for issuing domicile certificates must be asked to start entertaining applications and their forms should also be made available online.
