JAMMU, May 21: High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will observe summer vacations with effect from June 6 to June 24 (both days inclusive). Moreover, the period commencing from June 6 to June 11 shall be no work period for the High Court.
An order in this regard has been issued by Sanjeev Gupta, Registrar General.
Meanwhile, Chief Justice has nominated Judges for both the wings of the High Court to be the Vacation Judges to hear all the matters of urgent nature.
In Srinagar wing, Justice Mohd Akram Chowdhary will be Vacation Judge with effect from June 13 to June 17 while as Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi will be Vacation Judge from June 20 to June 24.
In Jammu wing, Justice Mohan Lal will be Vacation Judge from June 13 to June 17 while as Justice Rahul Bharti will be Vacation Judge from June 20 to June 24.
