JAMMU, Oct 9: Former Minister & MLA Marh, Sukhnandan Choudhary today convened a public redressal camp at village Akalpur in Marh Assembly Constituency. Officials of various departments such as PWD, Rural Development Department (RDD) and Revenue Department were also present in the camp.
During the camp, on spot redressal of various public issues was done by the MLA and officers.
The Varasat Intikals (property intikals) of more than dozen families has been done on the spot by Tehsildar Marh and were distributed through the MLA.
During the course of meeting various other issues related to water, electricity, lanes & drains were raised and solved to the best satisfaction of the masses.
MLA directed the officials of concerned departments to redress the pubic issues on priority basis as being representative of the people of Marh Constituency it’s his duty to serve the people in all respects.
He also asked the people of the area to take maximum benefits of Government sponsored schemes as the PDP-BJP Government is committed for the overall development of the State.
He also informed that such grievances redressal camps will be regularly organised in coming days to provide the facilities to the people at doorsteps to overcome their hardships.
BDO Marh, Ranjit Singh,Tehsildar Marh, Babu Ram officials of PWD Department, ex Sarpanch Akalpur, Sunny, Lamberdar Ajit Singh and a large number of political activist and people of the area were present on the occasion.
