NEW DELHI, Oct 5: The wholesale sugar prices ruled quiet in the national capital today as prices continued to move in a thin rane on sporadic buying amid adequate stocks position and settled at last levels.
Marketmen said small buying support against restricted supply mainly held prices on last levels.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,070-3,200, S-30 Rs 3,060-3,190.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,910-3,130; S-30 Rs 2,900-3,110.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3030, Kinnoni 3,130, Asmoli 3,105, Dorala 3,000, Budhana 2,985, Thanabhavan 2,985, Dhanora 3,020, Simbholi 3,115, Modi Nagar 3,140, Khatuli 2,975, Dhampur 2,950, Ramala 2,930, Bulandshar 2,930, Anupshar 2,920, Baghpat 2,940, Morna 2,940, Sakoti 2,940, Chandpur 2,930, Amroha 3,060 and Nazibabad 2920.
