JAMMU, June 15: Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust is claimed to have made elaborate arrangements for forthcoming Sudhmahadev Mela from June 22.
President of the Dharmarth Trust Council Maj Gen (Retd) R S Jamwal visited Sudhmahadev and took stock of the arrangements for providing facilities to the devotes visiting the ancient temple shrine of Lord Shiva during the three-day mela.
Mr Jamwal convened a meeting of the Trust officials and prominent local citizens for discussing the arrangements. He informed about the arrangements regarding accommodation, Langer and other facilities for the devotees.
All the three temples Gouri Kund, Mantalai and Sudhmahadev have been renovated by the Trust. A team of officials is also being deputed from Jammu to supervise the arrangements so that devotes do not face any problem, Mr Jamwal added.
The president of Dharmarth Trust Council has also informed the Chairman Trustee Dr Karan Singh regarding the arrangements, said a press statement.
