JAMMU, Jan 18: High Court has ordered suspension of Sub-Judge Rajesh Kumar Abrol with immediate effect pending departmental inquiry initiated against him.
“Pursuant to the registration of FIR for offences under Sections 376 and 420 RPC by Police Station Janipur against Sub-Judge (LRP) Rajesh Kumar Abrol on the basis of a complaint lodged by one Kailash Devi, daughter of Brij Lal of Haji Gali Toll Post Nagrota, the Judicial Officer is placed under suspension pending departmental inquiry initiated against him”, read the order issued by Sanjay Dhar, Registrar General.
The officer shall remain attached to the office of the Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu during the period of his suspension, the order said.
