Students excel in BSB exams; Ashmita tops in Class 10, Makila in 12

HARIDWAR, Apr 18: Results of Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB) for classes 10th and 12th have been announced for the session 2025-26 and students from across the country have performed well in these exams.
In class 10th, Ashmita Basnat of Acharyakulam Kumarikata, Assam topped at all India level and scored 485/500 while Priyam Chakravati of Acharyakulam Chirang, Assam scored 463/500 and stood second and the third place was achieved by Angel of Patanjali Gurukulam, Tihri Gadwal, Utrakhand by scoring 462/500.
In subject-wise merit, in English, Mathematics and Science, Ashmita Basnat got 97, 97 and 96; in Artificial Intelligence Jawishamat Basumtari of Acharyakulam scored 99; Ramashesh topped in Information Technology by getting 92 marks; in Hindi Angel got 94; in Sanskrit Pragati Sinha, Ruchi Kumari and Vaishnavi Pancholi got 100/100 and they were from Patanjali Gurukulam, Haridwar; in Social Science, Ashmita Basnat and Sevika Devi got 97. Other meritorious students in other subjects were Madhvi Tyagi, Vikas, Sapna, Barnil Kashyap, Subdeep Dennath, Priya Vaishya and Sujuma Brahma.
In class 12th, first position was scored by Makila Das of Patanjali Gurukulam, Tihri Gadwal, Utrakhand by getting 481/500; second place was attained by Priya of Patanjali Gurukulam Haridwar by scoring 474 /500 and third position was achieved by Anshika Chowhan of Patanjali Gurukulam Haridwar by scoring 473/500. Meritorious students subject-wise were Malika Dass, Kashish Yadav, Dikshita Mourya, Anushka Singh, Jyoti Devasi, Ashtha Singh Patel, Ved Bhani Pradhan, Aman Devi, Syamin Podal, Anshika Chowhan and Shradha Jaswal.
