SAMBA, Sept 27: A Munna Bhai style student has been arrested in the private examination center of Class X in the Government Higher Secondary School of Vijaypur, Samba, who was impersonating as Chander Kumar a class 10th student who happened to be his relative. The arrested youth has been identified as Rohit Kumar, son of Ramesh Kumar, resident of Janipur Jammu, who is studying B.Com in a college in Jammu. He was taking the examination in place of his relative Chander Kumar, resident of Vijaypur. He was caught by the teachers in the Examination Center and handed over to the police.
According to the information received, the Principal of the School, Fateh Singh, that a youth named Rohit Kumar is impersonating as Chander Kumar in the Class X Mathematics paper. The Principal engaged the staff including the supervisor who was on examination duty for investigation. When the investigation was done on the roll number of Chander Kumar, his impersonater was found to be a youth. The Principal informed the police about the matter.
The police team reached the spot and took the youth into custody and registered a case against him and started further action.
