JAMMU, Feb 20: Condemning Pulwama terror attack, more organizations have called for stringent action against Pakistan besides appealing people for peace and communal harmony while intensifying war against terrorists.
In this connection, Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president Ved Parkash Sharma who said that people of whole nation were speaking in one voice for strict action against Pakistan and anti-national elements within the country. The meeting was also addressed by Advocate P C Sharma, V M Magotra, Satya Nand Sharma, Shiv Ram Sharma, Saubash Shastri and others.
Nat Manch founder and president, Tarun Sharma, while expressing his anguish over the gruesome attack by terrorists on CRPF jawans, has demanded befitting reply to the enemy. Stressing that Pakistan should be declared as terrorist State, he said people of Jammu as well as entire nation will not tolerate any kind of such attack in future.
J&K Human Rights Watch held a meeting under the chairmanship of B L Kapoor and termed the Pulwama terror attack as inhuman and cowardice act. Kapoor said that anti-national elements supporting the terrorists should be identified and booked under law for action against them. He also appealed people to maintain peace and communal harmony.
Student wing of NCP, under the leadership of Er Rishi Kaul Kilam took out a candle light march at Talab Tillo for paying tributes to the CRPF martyrs. Actor Ayaan Gupta and T K Koul, vice president of NCP, also joined the candle light march and paid tributes to the martyrs.
