JAMMU, Oct 15: Police recovered a car, which was stolen from Belicharana area.
As per police sources, Surinder Singh, a resident of Belicharana lodged a complaint with police post Belicharana that his Santro car bearing registration number DL9CC-1843 has been stolen by some unidentified persons from outside his residence during the intervening night of October 13 and 14.
Acting on the complaint, a case was registered at Satwari police station and manhunt was launched to nab the thieves.
However, the car was recovered by the police, while the hunt is going on nab the thieves.
Police team led by Incharge Police Post Belicharana SI Ranjeet Singh Rao recovered the car under the supervision of SHO Satwari Inspector Manjeet Singh, SDPO South Sachin Gupta, SP South Uday Bhaskar Billa and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
