SAMBA, Mar 20: State Taxes Recovery Wing, Jammu today attached M/S Harinarayan Industry at IGC Samba for not paying around Rs three crore to the State Taxes Department. A team led by STO Sharda Manhas and Inspector, Bilal Kraipak under overall supervision of DC Recovery, Balkrishan attached property of M/S Harinarayan Industry at IGC Samba which owes arrears to the tune of Rupees three crore to the Department under Land Revenue Act.
In another case M/S. V S Industry Baribrahmna, Jammu was also attached which owes arrears in crores to the Department under J&K land Revenue Act.
