SSP Samba holds crime review meeting

SAMBA, Aug 26: Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Dr. Koshal Sharma held a darbar of officers and jawans posted at Police Station Ghagwal/PP Rajpura in the premises of P/S Ghagwal in order to listen and redress their grievances.
At the very outset, SSP Samba asked the participants to put forth their grievances. SSP heard the grievances and problems being faced by the officers and Jawans patiently. SSP Samba assured the officers and Jawans that their grievances and problems will be addressed at the earliest and passed necessary instructions on the spot regarding maintaining of good decorum and follow a healthy diet chart to remain fit and active.
In his speech, SSP Samba briefed the participants about the future challenges before the Police, their duties and responsibilities and the ways to tackle them. Jawans were directed to exercise maximum restraint while dealing with any law & order problems and ensure safety of the Civil and Government property, restore public faith in Police machinery which is at present a major challenge for the J&K Police.
