REASI, Jan 30: SSP Reasi, Rashmi Wazir today held a Darbar at District Police Lines Reasi and interacted with officers and Jawans of District Police Reasi.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Rashmi Wazir appreciated the officers and Jawans of the District for putting up their sincere services while performing their duties during the recently concluded visits of various Central Ministers and incident free and peaceful Republic Day 2020. She briefed them about the law & order and security situation prevailing in the JKUT and directed them to remain careful and alert while performing their routine duties. She directed the officers and Jawans present on the occasion to have healthy foods and inculcate the habits of sports and physical exercise including Yoga to keep themselves physically and mentally fit. She directed the officers and Jawans to be in continuously touch with their families despite their busy schedule and gave them tips on stress management. She also directed the Jawans to stay away from bad habits like alcoholism.
Speaking on the investigation front, SSP directed the officers and I/O present on the occasion to perform their duties in a professional manner. Stating that most of the crimes in the present day have connection with technology, she directed Policemen to keep themselves well versed with the modern technology and improve their tactics in case involving cyber crime.
Earlier, Mumtaz Ali Bhatti, Dy SP DAR DPL Reasi, briefed about various welfare measures taken for the Jawans of DPL and put forth various common demands of the Jawans of DPL, Reasi.
The SSP listened patiently to the demands put forth by the officials and Jawans and redressed most of the problems on the spot.
The Darbar was also attended by Waseem Mahmood, DySP HQ Reasi; Satish Bhardwaj, SDPO Arnas; Inspr Arun Kumar, Inspr Ashwani Sharma (SHO P/S Reasi), SI Parshotam Kumar (I/C PP Talwara), SI Pardeep Singh (I/C PP Jyotipuram), SI Moti Singh (Lines Officer DPL Reasi) and other officers and officials.
