JAMMU, Jan 30: The Government has ordered transfer and posting of 11 members of J&K Prosecution Service and appointment of 7 others as Assistant Public Prosecutors (APPs) for conducting cases in different courts.
According to the order, Sunita Kargotra, CPO, Jammu-Kathua-Samba Range has been transferred and posted as CPO ZPHQ Jammu, while Bhopinder Singh, CPO Crime Branch Jammu has been transferred and posted as CPO Crime Headquarters J&K and Kamal Sharma, CPO SKPA Udhampur has been transferred and posted as CPO CID Headquarters.
Prashant Mahajan, CPO CID Headquarters was transferred and posted as CPO in the office of Director Prosecution Jammu, while Amir Almansoor, under orders of posting as Assistant PP FDorest Court Srinagar will continue in Anti Corruption Bureau and Bandhana Jamwal, Assistant PP, Railway Court Jammu was transferred and posted as Senior PO in DPO Jammu.
Zia-ur-Rehman, Assistant PP in the Court of Sub Judge Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Senior PO in DPO Srinagar, while Muzmil Rasheed, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff/Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Pantha Chowk Srinagar has been transferred and posted as PO ACB and Arvind Manhas, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff Gandoh Bhallesa has been transferred and posted as PO ACB.
Vishwajeet Singh Thakur, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff Ukhral was transferred and posted as PO ACB and Saima Yousuf, PO ACB was repatriated from ACB and posted as PO in the office of SSP CI Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Rahini Manhas, Senior PO SSP Traffic Rural Jammu will conduct cases in Railway Court Jammu, Zaffar Iqbal Shaheen, PO SPO Srinagar in Munsiff/Sub Registrar Srinagar and Forest Court Srinagar, Umer Mansoor, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff Kulgam in 1st Additional Munsiff Srinagar and Sub Judge Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Srinagar and Nadish Yousuf, Assistant PP in the Court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Kulgam in Munsiff/ Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Pantha Chowk Srinagar.
Syed Nadeem Hussain, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff/ Sub Registrar Srinagar will conduct cases in Munsiff Kulgam and Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Kulgam, Waseem Ahmad Qureshi, PO ACB in Munsiff Ukhral and Sheikh Naseer Ahmad, PO ACB in Munsiff Gandoh Bhallesa.
However, Mohammad Syed Choudhary, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff Thanna Mandi will also conduct cases in the Court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Thanna Mandi in addition to his own duties till further orders, relieving Tahir Imran, Assistant PP in the Court of Munsiff/District Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Rajouri of the additional charge.
