Srinagar, Apr 30: Senior Superintendent of Police Anantnag Amod Ashok Nagpure today chaired a meeting to review arrangements for the upcoming Amarnath yatra.
The meeting discussed security, traffic management, crowd control and inter-departmental coordination.
Officers were directed to ensure robust deployment, identify vulnerable points and maintain effective communication systems.
Special focus was laid on pilgrim safety and assistance. Officials reaffirmed commitment to ensure smooth and peaceful conduct of the Yatra.
