SS to take annual Chhari Yatra to Mata Vaishno Devi on Oct 10

JAMMU, Oct 2: Continuing its tradition, Shiv Sena (SS), Bal Thackeray will take the annual Chhari Yatra to holy Shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi during the Navratras from here.
The Chhari Yatra will start from MAM Stadium, here on the evening of October 10 for holy township of Katra.
This was stated by Dimpy Kholi, president of SS at a press conference here today.
He said this is the 36th Chari Yatra as Shiv Sena being organized this yatra. This year also senior leaders of Shiv Sena from Maharashtra along with Gluab Chand Dubey ,who is the Prabari of North India will be attending the Chaari Yatra. Some members of Parliament of Shiv Sena are also attending the yatra, he added. The North India Prabhari, Gulab Chand Dubey will stay in Jammu for four days and will tour the Jammu region.
Ashwani Gupta the working president of SS said the Sena is going to organize the Charri yatra in a grand manner and he appealed the public to accompany the yatra.
While addressing the chairman of SS, Vipin Hindu said the Shiv Sena feels proud in organizing the Charri Yatra every year. After performing the pooja at MAM Stadium the langar will be organized for the devotees. He also appealed the local public to participate in the Charri yatra.
Rakesh Kak, general secretary of Sena said his organization will provide all the facilities to the devotees like food ,water, medical ,accommodation etc free of cost.
Other senior leaders who were present were Sanjeev Kumar, Nathpal Chowdhery, Sanjeev Sharma, Ramesh Koul, Sanjeev Kohli, Jarnail Singh, Raj Singh, Ramesh Gupta and Pawan Singh.
