JAMMU, Sept 19: Under its project “Disease Free Jammu”, Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare Committee (SRMWC) in collaboration with J&K Health Department (ISM) and Panchbakhtar Mahadev Mandir Management Committee organized 28th free medical camp in the premises of Panchbakhtar Mahadev Temple.
Renowned doctors of Government Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu including Dr Deepa Kachroo, Dr Shipra Gupta, Dr Pallavi Dutta, Dr Sonia Sharma, Dr Madhubala, Sudesh Kumar (NO) and Mohinder Singh Rana (Pharmacist) examined a total of 147 patients and give free medicines to them.
While giving the detail of the medical camp, spokesperson and legal advisor of SRMWC, Advocate Jyoti Sarup Mishra, said that a total of 147 patients were examined by Doctors and medicines to the tune of almost Rs 35,000 were distributed among the poor and needy patients.
Mishra further said that Health Department under the dynamic leadership of Director General, Abdul Kabir Dar and Medical Superintendent, Jammu, Dr Taran Singh, is fully cooperating with the committee in making the camps successful.
Those who were present on the occasion were Onkar Sharma (president, SRMWC), Mandeep Sharma (joint secretary), Mohan Sharma, Adovocate Kapil Sharma (incharge, Udhampur Unit), Rekha Sharma (president, women wing), Raj Kumar Gupta (vice president), Shiv Kumar Sharma and others.
