JAMMU, Feb 21: Sunil Dimple, president Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) while reacting to the CID reports today said that the Srinagar Central Jail has become hub for militants recruitment.
In a statement issued here, today, he said this is very shocking and very alarming news, which has come at a time when entire State is burning.
Dimple said similar complains were also coming from the Jammu’s Kot Bhalwal Jail. “Earlier also I brought this matter in the notice of Ex DGP prisons SK Mishra. When the parents of the Jammu prisoners met me, they also alleged that the similar thing is also happening in the Jammu Kot Bhalwal Jail. The Kashmiri militants are getting VIP treatment in Kot Bhalwal Jail and local prisoners are being badly harassed by the militants in the jail’’.
He said earlier also many mobiles, sim cards, Pak sims were recovered from the Srinagar Central Jail. What all this nonsense is going on,’’ he asked?
He said, “it seems due to failure in our system and no coordination among the security agencies, we wont be able to eradicate the militancy from our the State’’.
