SR College holds Anthropology workshop

JAMMU, Nov 12: The SR College of Competitions (SRCC) today organised Anthropology Optional workshop for the Civil Services IAS and KAS aspirants from Jammu and Kashmir.
The workshop was first in offline mode after the restrictions were eased out by the administration amidst COVID-19 pandemic to facilitate the student community to interact with the students in a better and personalised way.
Known faculty of Anthropology in J&K, Sanjeev Choudhary was the resource person. Formerly associated with the Laurel Institute, Sanjeev guided the target students with regard to prescribed syllabi, books, relevant sources and pattern of the papers in UPSC and JKPSC.
“Since a known faculty of Anthropology in J&K, Sanjeev Choudhary has been associated with SRCC, it was his first face to face interaction with the students. Students had a very interactive session and were informed in detailed about things associated with the important Optional including the paper-A and paper-B section wise,” informed centre head of the SRCC, Praful Sharma.
