JAMMU, Dec 10: A Special Police Officer (SPO) of J&K police was injured today after he allegedly fell from an electric pole at District Police Line, Jammu.
According to a police official, an SPO of J&K police identified as Ajeet Kumar son of Kehar Chand, resident of Chowadi, Jammu, got fractured one of his leg after he fell from an electric pole at DPL Jammu, where he was presently posted.
“The injured SPO was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, from where his family members later shifted him to a private hospital in Amritsar”, the police official said, adding, Gandhi Nagar police has taken cognizance of the matter.
