JAMMU, Sept 26: Special DG, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), SK Bhagat today reviewed the security arrangements in forward areas of Doda and Kishtwar districts.
He was accompanied by IG CRPF Kuldeep Dhar and other senior officers.
Special DG visited the forward areas in tehsil Bhaderwah of district Doda, where he interacted with the jawans and boosted their morale.
He briefed the officers and manpower to remain extra vigilant to strengthen the anti-infiltration grid by conducting extensive patrolling and area domination.
Bhagat also impressed upon the jawans to ensure excellent synergy with other security and intelligence agencies deployed in the area to ensure safety and security to the general public.
He also visited Sarna area and inspected the ongoing construction work of CRPF Headquarters.
Later, the Special DG visited several areas in district Kishtwar and also held interaction with the jawans.
He exhorted upon the jawans to perform their duties with alertness. He also stressed upon them to be courteous to general public while performing their legitimate duties.
