KATHUA, June 6: A speedy truck loaded with cement rammed into a shop at Parliwand area here last night. Driver of the truck bearing registration number JK02DC-951 lost the control over the vehicle which rammed into a denting-painting shop.
Fortunately the shop was closed at the time of mishap and no one was present near it otherwise the area is very busy and people move there frequently.
The shop was badly damaged and the erring truck driver escaped from the spot after committing the crime.
A police team reached the spot and assessed the loss.
