JAMMU, Aug 25: Infosys Limited conducted a seminar on IT and its relevance in Business under its ‘Spark-Raising Aspirations’ programme at the campus of Surya World today, in which students of B Tech, M Tech, MBA and MCA participated.
During the programme, the keynote speaker from Infosys interacted with students and faculty members of the Surya World Institutes.
The speakers addressed the students on vital aspects of raising the aspiration levels based on their strengths.
They also made the students aware about the significance of soft skills to get employment and stated that the real purpose of education is served when students get practical exposure during their student life.
The queries pertaining to placement by the students were also answered well by the speaker.
Speaking on the occasion, Suhail Goyal, Director, Surya World said that they have been consciously preparing students for the professional roles through industry interfaces and exposure visits, state-of-the-art education and industry relevant skill sets.
