JAMMU, Apr 16: Social worker Ravi Dutt, who contested the Assembly elections from Jammu North Assembly constituency, joined the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), along with dozens of his supporters, in a function held here today.
During the function, BSP’s Jammu Kashmir president, Darshan Rana was the chief guest.
He welcomed Ravi Dutt and his supporters and said that Ravi Dutt has been working as a social worker for a long time and he also contested the Assembly elections from Jammu North Assembly constituency and he received full support of the public.
Today, impressed by the policies of BSP, he has joined the party, his joining will strengthen the party a lot.
Among others who were present during the function included Anil Kumar Verma, Geeta Devi, Manav, Gautam, Varun Shashi, Rishabh and Simran, Charanjit Chargotra, Raja Singh, Tilak Raj Bhagat Haji Shak Mohd and Tarsem Lal.
