JAMMU, Mar 20: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation (SNCF) today organized a voluntary blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, RS Pura.
Devotees of the Mission participated in this camp to spread the message of Baba ji that “Blood should flow in veins and not in drains”. As many as 230 volunteers came forward for donation but medical team obliged only 100 volunteers.
The camp was inaugurated by MLA Suchetgarh, Sham Lal Choudhary, who while speaking on the occasion, described the camp a great way towards the service of humanity and blood donation, a supreme donation.
The camp was attended by several dignitaries including Dr Renu Bala from Blood Bank, GMC Jammu, RC Puri, Honorary secretary, Indian Red Cross Society and many others.
The blood camp was held in collaboration with Blood and Transfusion Department of Government Medical College, Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society and JKSACS.
