JAMMU, Mar 23: Dr Vijay Kumar Sharma, Assistant Prof-essor, Department of Electr-onics & Communication Engin-eering, SMVDU, received the best paper award in 4th IEEE International Conference on Signal Processing, Commu-nications and Networking (ICSCN 2017) held recently at Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) Campus, Anna University, Chennai.
Dr Vijay Kumar Sharma presented paper on “Low Leakage Circuit Design Using Bootstrap Technique” in the conference. The paper proposed a method to design the low leakage power digital circuits in sub-threshold regime of the MOS devices.
The conference was attended by people from IISc, IITs, NITs, industries and other reputed institutes. The conference was aimed at bringing together innovative academics, researchers and industrial experts in the field of Communication, Signal Proce-ssing, VLSI Design, Computing and Networking to a common forum, for a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts and practical ideas.
