JAMMU, Aug 24: Former Minister and MLA Vijaypur Surjeet Singh Slathia today inaugurated Apna Panchayat Ghar at Suchaini in Vijaypur constituency completed at a cost of Rs. 20 lakh by Rural Development Department.
With the completion of this project the people of Suchaini and adjoining villages would be benefitted.
Addressing a gathering on the occasion, Slathia said that the Coalition Government headed by Omar Abdullah is fully aware of people’s problem and is making all out efforts to fulfill their demand on priority. He reiterated the commitment of the Coalition Government to ensure holistic development of all the regions of the state with special focus on remote, far-flung and rural areas. He said that the state is on the march of peace, progress and development and this tempo will be carried forward with a mission.
He sought people’s whole hearted support to strengthen the hands of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
Among others BDO Vijaypur, Panches and Sarpanches were present on the occasion.
