JAMMU, Dec 23: In order to keep the sanctity of the non-teaching fraternity SKUAST-J, non-teaching association is stepping forward day by day.
Besides taking the issues of the staff with the authorities in one hand, the SKUAST-J Non-Teaching Employees Association is also taking care of welfare of it members by extending an helping hand to them in all problems faced by them.
In this regard,
The association extended financial support to one of its members, Bishan Lal OCC, Division of Fruit Science, FOA,SKUAST-J, Chatha, who was hospitalized in a critical condition.
The Association presented a cheque of Rs Rs 20000/- in his favour. The cheque was handed over to Dr V K Wali, HOD, Division of Fruit Science, FOA, SKUAST-J, Chatha, through its president B N Singh, Sr vice president S K D Singh, treasurer Vikas Gandotra, and S Dalbir Singh (executive member), for onwards transaction well in time, as the employee was shifted from Jammu Medical College to Amritsar due to critical condition and was in need immediate help.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the Association helped its members as and when the employees need support .
