JAMMU, Feb 19: Six persons were injured in three separate road accidents occurred in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, two persons were injured late last night when a mini-truck of Forest Department Rajouri hit a truck bearing registration number JK02T-2181 parked along the road in Domana area. The injured identified as Surinder Kumar (40) son of Dolu Ram, a resident of Bawe Talab and Shabir (30) son of Mohd Bashir, a resident of Rajouri, were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment.
At Chohala Road in RS Pura, two persons were injured today when the scooter on which they were travelling, got slipped. The injured persons identified as Kaka Ram of Bari Brahamana and Gourav of RS Pura, was shifted to GMCH for treatment.
In Bathindi area of city outskirts, a bike-borne youth hit and injured two constables of traffic police. The constables identified as Niaz Ahmed and Rakesh Kumar were shifted to a nearby Government Hospital for treatment.
In all three cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
