UDHAMPUR, Jan 7: Six persons were injured when a Tata Mobile vehicle, they were traveling in, rolled down in a deep gorge adjoining National Highway, near Bali Nallah here today.
The Tata Mobile, bearing registration number JK06-3688, was on its way from Doda to Udhampur when it rolled down into the gorge. Police and locals rush to the spot and shifted the injured persons to District Hospital Udhampur, where doctors referred one of them to GMC Hospital Jammu.
The injured were identified as Arshed Butt (26) son of Nishar Butt of Marmat Doda, Freed Ahmed (40) son of Shain Ali of Bali Nallah, Mushaq Ahmed (22) son of Mohmed Sadeq of Marmat Doda, Mohmad Shahen (26) son of Mohmad Sadiq of Doda, Mohmed Khurshed (32) son of Roshan Din of Marmat Doda and Mohmed Yuns (28) son of Hasan Din of Vehota Doda.
Freed Ahmed has been referred to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of serious injuries.
