NEW DELHI, July 16: Tracking a weak global trend, silver futures today dropped 0.28 per cent to Rs 35,384 per kg.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in December drifted by Rs 100, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 35,384 per kg in a business turnover of 14 lots.
A weak global trend overseas following US Fed’s indication of a hike in interest rate this year, pulled down silver prices at futures trade here.
Meanwhile, silver was little changed at USD 15.10 an ounce in Singapore today after slumping 1.8 per cent yesterday. (PTI)
