Shopkeeper arrested for selling illicit liquor Excelsior Correspondent

JAMMU, Mar 29: Pouni Chak police arrested a shopkeeper along with illicit liquor pouches, which he was selling among the masses.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Pouni Chak Police Post conducted raid in a chicken shop at Bhadrore and recovered 29 pouches of illicit liquor, which the shop owner was selling among the people.
Police arrested the shopkeeper, who has been identified as Ram Lal, son of Gilayti, a resident of Bhadrore.
A case under FIR Number 107/18 under Section 48-F Excise Act has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Pouni Chak Police Post SI Arun Slathia made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Domana Inspector Sumit Sharma, SDPO Domana Sandeep Gupta and SP Rural Shivdeep Singh.
