RAMBAN, Aug 24: A shop was completely gutted after a fire broke out here today in Ward No. 3, Ramban Market.
Though the blaze received swift response from district administration, Police and Fire and Emergency Services which put off the fire, preventing it from spreading to adjoining shops and residential areas, but, before that it had caused huge damage to the shop of Rusham Gupta, son of Ram Kishore Gupta.
Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mohammad Alyas Khan reached the spot and supervised the rescue operation and assured every possible support to the affected shopkeeper.
