JAMMU, Oct 15: Shoaib Muhammad Dar has been appointed as convener of Youth wing of Apni Party (AP) for Kashmir province.
The appointment was made by Apni Party Youth Wing president Junaid Azim Mattu after the consultation with Party Parent Wing.
