NEW DELHI, Feb 12: In a meeting at Shiv Sena office here, Shiv Sena national secretary and MP, Anil Desai released charter of demands for J&K and demanded restoration of statehood to J&K.
On this occasion J&K Shiv Sena president, Manish Sahni was asked to make the public aware about its rights and gather support for the demands including unemployment allowance for the youth of J&K.
Desai also demanded 50 per cent concession in public and private transport for women and senior citizens.
He said that Shiv Sena national president and Maharashtra CM, Uddhav Thackeray is particularly concerned about J&K.
The MP also demanded free electricity, free water etc for militancy affected people of J&K and expressed gratitude to all Shiv Sena leaders especially the party chief, Uddhav Thackeray for caring for the rights of J&K people.
Sahni said that on reaching Jammu he will start making the J&K people aware of these rights.
Shiv Sena J&K general secretary, Vikas Bakshi was also present on the occasion.
