JAMMU, May 14: Shifting of Bus stand from BC Road to Manda and Narwal will create problems for the passengers vis-à-vis traders.
This was stated by Dimpy Kohli, national president, Hindustan Shiv Sena (HSS) while interacting with the media persons.
Bus Stand serves as base camp for the pilgrims of Mata Vaishno Devi and also for the annual yatra of Baba Amarnath. The pilgrims and tourists play important role in promoting business in markets like Raghunath Bazar, Gummat, Purani Mandi, Kanak Mandi and many more adjoining areas, he added.
He warned the Government of dire consequences and said that traders will fight tooth and nail against any move against them.
Among others present were GI Singh, Rajan Gupta, Shivani Rao, Satish Sahni and Kulbeer Singh Chib.
