The residents said that the school developed cracks during earthquake last year and the students of this institution was shifted to other place for safety of the children, but now the sheep and goats have been kept in this building. Instead of taking the repairing work of the school, the concerned authorities are doing nothing, which has created problems for the children studying in this institution, they added.
“Authorities are misusing this Government building and taking the students for granted”, the locals said and demanded immediate repairing of the building, so that students don’t suffer on account of accommodation to carry out their education.
They also demanded strict action against the school authorities for their lackadaisical attitude towards repairing of this building for the convenience of the children.
When contacted, Chief Education Officer (CEO) Doda Mohammad Sharif said that he will look into the issue and will initiate strict action against the erring officials.
