REASI, May 28: Lightning claimed more than a dozen sheep and goats at village Gabber in Arnas area of Reasi district, here this evening.
The lightning struck the house of Krishan Singh, son of Amru and Ramlal, son of Jagat Ram at village Gabber, resulting into on the spot death of their 15-17 sheep and goats. However, no loss of human life has been reported in the natural calamity.
According to SSP Reasi, Sujit Kumar, a Police party has been deputed for the spot verification and more details in this regard.
