Modi Govt miserably failed to deliver in two years: Manohar

JAMMU, May 28: Senior Congress leader, former Minister and PCC General Secretary, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma today said that the Modi led BJP Government miserably failed on all fronts during its two years tenure.
Every promise and commitment made by Modi before elections and after attaining power proved to be a only hollow slogans and nothing has been seen on ground till date except the division of the society on the communal basis to achieve their political motives and divert the attention of common man from their failures.
Dr Sharma strongly criticized the way BJP Government is governing the country which can be proved fatal for harmony of the plural society in country like India where the people having different faiths, religions, colour, castes, creeds and tastes.
He further said that the BJP Government is completely failed in the last two years to check price rise of essential commodities like pulses, sugar, edible oils and grains in whole. The prices of diesel, petrol and LPG have also risen while the prices of Crude are going down many folds in international market.
The senior Congress leader further lamented on the condition of the farmers in the country who is suffering miserably due to the wrong policies of BJP Government led by PM Modi. The farmer is forced to sell their products on very low rates controlled by hoarders and middle man like the condition of Onion producers in Nasik and potato growers in Punjab who are forced to sell their product on the rate of 50 paisa/Kg Onion and Re 1/kg potato in Punjab.
