JAMMU, Jan 22: Senior Congress leaders Rajnesh Sharma visited Mashedi and Nangalla areas in Bani constituency and listened to the problems being faced by them.
The local unit of Congress workers, Sarpanch and Panch of Mashedi in Bani constituency organized the meeting, which was chaired by Rajnesh Sharma as chief guest.
Large number of people from all walks of life participated in the meeting and apprised Rajnesh Sharma about the problems of the backward and rural area of Mashedi.
In their speeches, Sarpanchs and Panch of the area complained about the dilapidated condition of the roads especially Sukralla-Mashedi road, poor ration supply and scarcity of electricity.
Rajnesh Sharma gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by the people and assured that he will take up their demands with the concerned Ministers and authorities.
Among others present were Khushi Ram, Sarpanch Mashedi, Mukhtyar Ahmed, Sarpanch Nathi and Kindley, Romesh Kumar, Panch, Gian Chand, Panch, Bansi Lal, Panch, Mohammad Shreef, Saif-din, Vakil Singh, Dr Bittu, Botty Ram, Sanjay Kumar and Roshan Lal.
