RAMBAN, Jan 28: Ramban Police today under Civic Action Program (CAP) distributed umbrella sewing machines among the economically deprived families in the areas of Ramban, Chanderkote and Batote.
On the directions of SP Ramban Mohita Sharma, DySP Headquarters Ramban Pardeep Singh Sen distributed these sewing machines in presence of SHOs and other officers and officials of Police Stations Batote, Chanderkote and Ramban.
The families in general and the needy ladies in particular highly appreciated the role of J&K Police for arranging such kind of gesture programmes for betterment of destitute and needy people by providing platform to the talented youth to hone their skills by various initiatives taken under Civic Action Programme.
