SRINAGAR, July 31: The Government today placed nine Time Scale KAS officers in Selection Grade of KAS as Additional Secretaries and OSDs with the ministers and issued orders of transfer and postings of four officers.
Those placed in the Selection Grade of KAS are Muzaffar Ahmed Peer, Ajaz Abdullah Saraf, Pawan Singh Rathore, Mohd Rafi, Mehraj-ud-Din Rather, Kishore Singh Chib, Rubina Kounser, Musrat-ul-Islam Sohrawardy and Mathora Masoom.
While Muzaffar and Saraf posted as Dy Secretaries are designated as Additional Secretaries, Mohd Rafi and Kishore Singh are designed as OSDs with the concerned ministers. Mr Rathore and Rubina who are already working in the Selection Grade on officiating basis shall continue to work on these posts till further orders.
Mehraj-ud-Din Rather (PO, ICDS) has been placed as Dy Commissioner Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Srinagar, Musrat-ul-Islam as Jt Director Information Kashmir, Mathora Masoom as Programme Officer ICDS Project Srinagar while Gulzar Ahmed Dar, additional secretary J&K PSC as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam.
