Set up Commission of Inquiry to probe genocide: PK to PM

JAMMU, Mar 20: A meeting of senior functionaries of Panun Kashmir was held here today under the leadership of V K Bhat its president in which the participants recounted their struggle of last 32 years.
Addressing the meeting V K Bhat said that during the last 32 years his organisation leadership met six Prime Ministers and hundreds of national leaders of different parties but to no avail and in fact the pseudo secular political parties and Pakistan sponsored intellectuals and some members of media sabotaged our efforts to bring the plight of the community before public and Government.
He however complimented Vivek Agnihotri and his team with their research based film and their presentation of genocide of KPs has created a history for which the whole community will remain indebted to them. The well organised effort within just three hours has truly presented the plight of persecuted community who has over 5000 years of existence and rich cultural history.
Terming eminent actor Anupam Kher as the pride of the community the meeting said he has always highlighted the plight and was the part of the community’s struggle in 32 years. The meeting also paid tributes to Jagmohan the then Governor of J&K.
It also complimented the PM Narendra Modi in bringing Kashmir back to national mainstream by annulling Article 370 and appealed him to set up a Commission to identify the persons actually responsible for KPs genocide.
Vir Vidrohi, Adaresh Ajit , R K Pandita, Ramesh Raina, R K Jalalai, Ashok Pandita, Surinder Raina and Anjali Pandita attended the meeting.
