JAMMU, Feb 18: Principal Sessions Judge Ramban, M A Choudhary today suspended with immediate effect Parbath Singh, Head Assistant (Nazir) of the Court for dereliction of duty and unauthorized absence.
Principal Sessions Judge has directed him to submit his explanation within a period of two weeks for consideration and further action in the matter.
