Services of 2 more teachers terminated

SRINAGAR, Nov 23: The Govt today terminated the services of two more teachers for unauthorized absence from their duties for the last 5 years.
The move has come after four teachers were earlier terminated after they were found to be absent from their duties for years together.
As per officials, the teachers have been terminated from their services under Article 113 of J&K Civil Service Rules (Volume I) of 1956.
The teachers who have been terminated include Jameela Akhtar teacher at BHS Singhpora in Anantnag and Nighat Hussain, teacher at BMS Soura Srinagar.
Jameela Akhtar has been terminated as she was found absent from her duties since 2014, while Nighat Hussain was found to be absent since 2012.
