JAMMU, July 20: A meeting of School Education Employees Coordination Committee (SEECC) was held at Jammu under the presidium of chairman SEECC, N S Jamwal and president Jammu province, Ganesh Khajuria, to discuss the present education scenario and issues of the School Education community.
The speakers in the meeting laid stress on the early regularization of Jt Directors, CEOs, Principals, Lecturers, ZEOs, Headmasters as they are waiting for regularization for many years together whereas some Incharge incumbents retired/expired in I/c capacity. As per the order of placement issued, it is clearly mentioned that Incharge incumbents have to be regularized within 6 months but Government is not sincere for their regularization and this compelling the employees to take agitational path, the meet observed.
SEECC strongly demanded to remove the pay anomalies of Clerical Cadres/Masters Cadres immediately, Time Bound Promotion/Running Grade as per SRO 225, consequential benefits of Running Grade, implementation of the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission in toto at an earliest, early release of salary grants under SSA/RMSA/NPS schemes/MDM grants and regularization of contingent paid workers. Those who attended the SEECC meeting included Anil Sharma, Bharat Bhushan Kotwal, Charan Dass, Bashir Ahmed Malik, Surat Singh Toofani, Rajinder Gupta, S Ravinder Singh, Roop Lal, Dinesh Gupta, Javed Hashmi, Narinder Sharma, Shankar Singh, Tilak Raj Sharma and others.
